Before that, he was already active as an execution partner of Bauteam. Whether civil engineering, turnkey building construction, bridge construction or the new ICE railway line, in Düsseldorf or on Lake Constance – in the course of his career, Alexander Horsch has been involved in the successful completion of a wide variety of construction projects throughout Germany. Sven Hennig

Project Management

Sven Hennig studied civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering. He became a permanent part of the construction management team in 2021 and is one of the first contacts on the construction site. He gained his first experiences in construction management and lean construction management as a student trainee at large construction companies. Martin Haspel started as a student trainee at CP Bauteam in 2019 and worked intensively on the Bauteam project execution model as part of his master thesis. Since 2020, the graduate civil engineer with a focus on construction production systems and construction process management has been a permanent part of the team. In day-to-day business, he contributes his technical know-how in the areas of construction execution and construction management, he also contributes his affinity for digital tools and assists in the preparation of tender documents.
