For Mylan, CP Bauteam converted an existing office and administration building in Troisdorf into modern quality control laboratory facilities. The project was carried out while the building remained operational and included the conversion of office space into laboratories, the adaptation of the building services systems, and the implementation of a new fire safety concept featuring an external steel staircase as a secondary means of escape.
