CP Bauteam carried out the renovation of an existing building for Mylan GmbH, converting it into modern quality control laboratory spaces. As part of the project, office spaces were converted into laboratory areas, and the building’s technical systems and fire protection measures were comprehensively upgraded. The work was carried out while operations continued, requiring precise construction scheduling to ensure that the adjacent laboratory and office areas remained fully operational at all times.
