New construction of laboratory and office building A&M Stabtest GmbH

THE CLIENT

A&M STABTEST GmbH has made a name for itself as a specialist in the pharmaceutical analysis of small molecules and biomolecules since 1995. With locations in Bergheim and Mainz, the certified contract laboratory is internationally successful and stands for high quality and top analytics Made in Germany.

THE TASK

A highly modern office and laboratory building for the company is being built in Bergheim II. Realization is planned in 3 construction phases. In the 1st construction phase, 100 new jobs will be created – in the long term, the new building will provide space for 200 employees.

THE PLANNING PROCESS

Through process analyses and joint workshops, potential for improvement was identified and optimized in terms of the structural situation. In addition to the analytical laboratory processes, the areas of logistics, digital infrastructure, GMP conditions, and attractive workplace design were included in the planning. In addition, a master plan for the next few years was developed, which takes into account the material and personnel flow, the relocation as such. This is to ensure that the operational business functions without too much overlap with the construction work.

THE REALIZATION PROCESS

Based on the execution planning prepared by Carpus+Partner AG, the realization of the 1st construction phase is currently taking place within our Bauteam model.
